Oh, hey there!

Welcome to my blog, 9 to 5 Pretties. My blog started in September 2012 as 9 to 5 Nails and changed more recently to the current name.

Back in 2011, a much younger Kalliana was introduced to nail art and was instantly hooked and became what we call a polish addict. After joining a dedicated Facebook group (Polish Addicts New Zealand – PANZ) her obsession quickly extended to make up, thus the need to change the name and broaden the scope. 2017 is the year that I wear every single lipstick I own. I live in New Zealand with my wonderful partner who never asks why I need two or more of the same colour of lipstick/nail polish/dress/anything. No, we don’t have any sheep or live on a lifestyle block.

I also have big love for food/ cooking, The Simpsons, holidays, Ru Paul’s Drag Race, celebrating, my friends and my family.
